SIP trunking is provided by SIP providers, which are similar to traditional phone companies, except SIP providers give access to phone lines over the internet. IP-PBX allows us to configure many Sip Trunks toward different SIP providers.
Calls coming from SIP Trunk can be routed on different ways, like: Extension, IVR, Ring groups, Queue, Follow up, Announcement etc.
Outgoing calls can be routed based on dialed number, and forward calls on different Sip trunks.
You can decide which kind of calls you want to record for any extension:
- Incoming calls
- Outgoing calls
- Incoming internal calls
- Outgoing internal calls
A call center is a centralised office used for receiving or transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone.

After working hours, or during weekends, we can forward calls to different destination.
This feature can be used by users to read voicemail messages, check missed calls, received calls and can download recordings.
